Curatorial Brief

Our presentation, titled Nature/Nurture, brings together two artists whose distinct practices – one rooted in the physical and emotional terrain of motherhood, the other in the accumulated materials of fatherhood and professional life – converge around a shared interrogation of parenthood’s demands on the artist’s identity and creative process.
